A place to practice, learn, live

Ayya Santussika at East West Bookstore
The Buddha and modern neuroscience agree: any habit made conscious can be changed. Our habits create our future, leading to or away from enlightenment. Ayya Santussika Bhikkhuni, a Theravada Buddhist nun and former computer scientist, relies on the wisdom of the Buddha and the neuroscience of habit to help us bring our own habits into conscious awareness and to create a step-by-step process for changing even the most entrenched unhelpful habits to those that lead to the highest happiness.
